This short-term intensive course will be taught by Professor Dr. iur. utr. Peter A. Windel from Ruhr University Bochum (RUB), Germany. Make sure you could attend each class meeting before registering.

Evaluation depends on the crowd: If there are up to 15 students or so only, I will refer to the performance during our discussions. Otherwise, if we are more people, there will be a small written test in the end. But for sure, nobody will be crucified by me. |

It might be useful to have a look into it before, but this is not essential to follow my lecture (at least, I am sincere hopes it will not). |
